What a second of AI video costs, channel by channel

What a second costs on LTX Studio

LTX Studio (ltx.io) publishes an API rate for LTX-2.5 of $0.09 to $0.39 per second. The page gives a range rather than a rate per resolution. As of 2026-09-12.

Inclusion rule. Tiers the vendor publishes a per-second rate for. A tier priced only as a monthly allowance is not converted and does not get a row. Order. As the vendor orders them on its own page.

2A range, recorded as a range

Where a vendor publishes a band rather than a figure per setting, this site records the band. Collapsing it to a midpoint would invent a number the vendor never published, and taking the low end would flatter the channel against the ones that publish per-resolution rates. The spread here is more than four to one, so which end applies matters more than the difference between most channels in the ledger.

What moves a job within that band is not stated on the page in a form that can be recorded as a rule, so no attempt is made to explain it here.

3The subscription is a different product

LTX Studio's subscription plans are priced in monthly credits rather than seconds, and the credit cost of a generation is described as varying by action. That is not convertible into a per-second figure from published information, so only the API rate appears in this ledger.

The commercial licence on this vendor begins at a plan above the cheapest paid one, which is a separate consideration from the rate and is not recorded here.

One consequence of publishing a band rather than a table is that a production cannot budget from the page. At the low end of this band a ninety-second episode is about eight dollars of generation; at the high end it is thirty-five. A finance question that every other channel in the ledger answers to within a factor of two is left open here, and that is a property of the published page rather than of the product.
