How SceneMixer rates on seven criteria
SceneMixer rates 4.7 across the criteria that could be rated, the narrowest spread here: nothing below four, and fives on five of the seven. Its top value, 5, is shared by 5 columns, and its weakest are picture quality and sound. Every number describes what the vendor publishes, read on 2026-09-12. As of 2026-09-12.
| Criterion | Rating | What the vendor publishes |
|---|---|---|
| Script handling | 5 of 5 | Documented |

| Shot control | 5 of 5 | Documented |
| Picture quality | 4 of 5 | Documented |

Inclusion rule. The same seven criteria are applied to every tool rated here. A criterion the vendor does not address is left unrated rather than scored low. Order. Fixed criterion order, identical on every tool page.

2Why an even profile rates high on this rubric
This rubric rewards documentation, and an even profile means a vendor has written something usable about every part of the job rather than only the part it does best. That is what produces the top average here, and it is worth saying plainly: the number reflects disclosure, not a verdict on output.
A reader comparing pictures will find tools rated lower whose shots they prefer. What the table says is that fewer of those tools have written down what happens to a script, how a cast persists, or what joining episodes costs.
3The two criteria where it does not lead
Picture quality and sound both sit at four rather than five, alongside most of the field. The published material names the models and the resolutions but the tool is reselling generation rather than making the model, so the ceiling on those two columns belongs to the vendor behind the tier.
The per-second rates for those tiers, and what they cover, are on the ledger.
4Cells on this row with a page of their own
Values on this row held by at most two of the rated tools, each read against the column it sits in: SceneMixer, script handling, SceneMixer, cast consistency, SceneMixer, shot control, SceneMixer, cost transparency. A value in the crowded middle of a column is left on the criterion page.
Ratings describe what SceneMixer publishes on its own pages, read 2026-09-12. They are not measurements of output quality, and the vendor is not consulted before a rating appears. The rule behind each criterion is on how scoring works; all sixteen tools together are on the ratings table. Next: LTX Studio, Hailuo (MiniMax).
