How many generations may run at once, and at what price
Five concurrent sessions free with each additional one priced. Twenty concurrency on each standard developer package. A figure for every membership tier, from three at once on a free account to twenty on the top plan. And unlimited concurrency as a subscriber benefit. As of 2026-10-13.
| Vendor | What is published | How it is sold |
|---|---|---|
| Vidu | Five concurrent sessions per account free, more priced | A line item |
| Kling AI, developer packages | 20 concurrency on each standard package | Fixed per package |
| SceneMixer | 3 at once free; 5, 8, 10, 15 and 20 on the paid tiers | A figure per membership tier |
| Kling AI, subscription | Dedicated queue, unlimited concurrency | A subscriber benefit |
Inclusion rule. Concurrency is recorded where the vendor publishes it. A statement that a tier adds more concurrency without a figure is recorded as unquantified rather than converted to a number. Order. From a published figure to an unquantified claim.
1Concurrency is the difference between a rate and a schedule
A per-second price says what a minute of footage costs. Concurrency says how long a day of shooting takes. A production assembling forty segments cares about both, and only one of them appears in a price comparison.
At five parallel sessions, forty segments is eight rounds. At twenty, it is two. The rate per second can be identical in both cases and the delivery date is not.
2Sold as a line item is the clearest form
Where additional concurrency is priced, the trade is explicit: a production can buy its way to a shorter schedule and knows what that costs. It also means the headline rate understates the real cost of working quickly, which is worth carrying into a budget.
Where concurrency comes fixed with a package, it is a capability rather than a purchase, and comparing packages means comparing two numbers at once.
3A number per tier and unlimited are different kinds of claim
A figure for each tier lets a production size a batch before buying: ten segments in flight on a mid tier means an episode's segments run together, where three means they run in rounds. One vendor adds that the count covers every job, sheets and storyboards included, not just video.
Unlimited is a stated benefit about the queue rather than a capacity. Both are recorded in the vendors' own wording; this register does not estimate a number for a vendor that declined to publish one.
- ConcurrencyFive concurrent sessions per account are free; each additional concurrent session costs 416,000 credits a month, stated as about USD 2,080 a monthsold as a line item

- ConcurrencySubscriber benefits list a dedicated generation queue and unlimited concurrent generation tasksas a subscription benefit
- ConcurrencyA free account runs three generations at once; the paid tiers run five, eight, ten, fifteen and twenty, and the top three add a priority queuea figure for every tier
