What a second costs on SceneMixer
SceneMixer (scenemixer.com), an AI short-drama generator, bills generation in credits and publishes both the credit rate and a dollar figure per tier. Its cheapest published second is about $0.06 on Wan 3.0 at 480P; its longest single clip is 30 seconds. As of 2026-10-13.

Inclusion rule. Tiers the vendor publishes a per-second rate for. A tier priced only as a monthly allowance is not converted and does not get a row. Order. As the vendor orders them on its own page.

2What the price covers
The per-second figure covers generation of one segment on the selected model tier. Two other line items are billed separately and are easy to miss when comparing against an API rate. Compositing a finished episode costs one credit per second of output, which is charged on top of the seconds that were generated. Parsing a script and writing storyboard scripts are charged per character rather than per second, so they do not scale with runtime at all.
The dollar figures on the page are conversions, not a separate price list. The site states the conversion assumption alongside them: the figures use the lowest credit price, which is reached with the largest pack or an annual membership, and smaller packs run higher. That is the same assumption this site uses when it converts credits to dollars, and it is written out on the method page rather than buried in a footnote.

3What the tier list settles and what it does not
The tier list is unusual in publishing a maximum clip length next to each price. Thirty seconds on the Wan 3.0 and Seedance 2.5 tiers and fifteen on the Seedance 2.0 and MiniMax H3 tiers is a production constraint as much as a price one: a thirty-second beat is one generation on one tier and two on another, and two generations mean a cut whether or not the edit wanted one.
The price list itself does not say what happens when a generation fails or is refused; the site's refund guide does. Credits are held when a task is submitted, become a charge when it delivers and go back when it fails. That puts the answer one click from the rate rather than on it, which is closer than most of the ledger manages: on most channels here the question has no answer on any public page.
