Which price pages ask a question and never answer it
Nobody writes an FAQ entry for a question nobody asks. Two pricing pages here list the question of unspent credits and do not answer it in the page text, which is a different kind of gap from a subject that never came up. As of 2026-09-22.
| Channel | What the page raises | What it leaves out |
|---|---|---|
| Hedra | Whether credits roll over to the following month | The answer, though plans and allowances are exact |
| Morph Studio | Whether unspent credits carry into the next month | The answer, and what a credit buys |
| Segmind | That per-model prices exist | Where they are, other than behind a search box |
| Synthesia | Nothing about the end of a month | The subject entirely, despite an exact minutes conversion |
Inclusion rule. Pages that pose a question about money or point at a figure without settling it, plus one page whose silence is anomalous for how precise the rest of it is. Order. Questions raised and unanswered first, then figures pointed at, then the silence.
1A raised question narrows the explanations
An unaddressed subject might simply not have occurred to a seller. A subject listed in the seller's own FAQ and left hanging has occurred to it, and the policy almost certainly exists. What is missing is the sentence.
The two cases here are not equivalent either. One page publishes three plan prices against three allowances, so a credit price divides out and only the lifetime is unknown. The other publishes the allowance without the money, so there is nothing to divide.
2The cost of the gap can be estimated from the page itself
Take the cheapest plan on the page that raises rollover and assume the worst case, that the allowance expires monthly. A buyer using half of it pays two cents a credit rather than one. That doubling is larger than the volume discount printed on the same page.
So the unanswered question outweighs the published incentive. A buyer forced to assume the worst case is comparing that plan against a competitor at twice its headline cost, and the seller gains nothing from the ambiguity.
3A catalogue behind a search box is a price that is not published
One page states that per-model prices are reached by searching for a model. That is convenient for a platform with thousands of entries and it means the figure a buyer needs is not on the page claiming to carry the prices.
This register records what a public page states, so that channel sits outside the ledger despite having prices behind the box. One published table of video models and their rates would move it, which is a smaller change than it sounds.
- Unused creditsThe pricing FAQ lists the question of credits rolling over to the following month and no answer appears in the page textquestion without a published answer
- Unused creditsThe pricing page lists the question in its FAQ and the answer does not appear in the page textquestion without a published answer
- Where the video model prices sitPer-model prices are reached by searching for a model rather than printed on the page

4What the seconds buy
Price aside, what goes into the seconds behind “Asked, not answered” is described in SceneMixer's guides:
